This service addresses misclassified or inconsistent transactions, bringing clarity to your financial records. I will review all transactions for accuracy, correct misclassified income and expenses, remove duplicates or errors, and ensure consistent categorization across all accounts. Any items requiring client clarification will be flagged for review, ensuring complete accuracy. No guess work is performed - every adjustment and classification is made based on your records. Questions will be sent to the client for clarity.
Clients will receive updated, clean, and fully organized books. A classification report will summarize all corrections made, and finanacial statements including Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet will refelect the updated records. This allows clients to clearly see the work completed and understand their financial position.
Pricing above reflects the hourly rate charged. To book you must pay the hourly rate provided and will be invoiced for any work going over the hour mark. Book Cleanup & Classification is a one-time service and does not provide ongoing bookkeeping. Tax preparation is not included.
