Faithful Fellowship is a monthly service for business owners who want deeper oversight, clearer insight, and confidence that their books are CPA-ready. Faithful Fellowship includes all services in Foundations, with additional financial oversight and a formal month-end close process. Your records will be maintained with consistency and organization in mind, and clients receive plain-language explanations of their financial activity. Unlimited reasonable bookkeeping questions are included, along with priority communication and secure record-keeping throughout the year. Communication with CPA is available upon request.

Clients receive a monthly Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet, along with a written financial summary highlighting notable activity and trends. Year-to-date comparison reports are provided as appropriate to support ongoing clarity and preparedness.

Pricing listed is a starting monthly rate. Final pricing is determined based on transaction volume, account complexity, and the overall scope of work. Businesses with higher activity or additional needs may require customized rate. In some cases, services may be billed hourly upon request or if a monthly package is not the best fit. While this package includes bookkeeping support and possible coordination with a CPA, it does not include tax preparation, filing, or tax advice. Communication with CPAs is limited to providing records, answering bookkeeping related questions, and supporting year-end readiness. Strategic financial planning and forecasting are outside the scope of this service.
