This package covers consistent transaction entry and categorization, along with monthly reconciliation of bank and applicable credit card accounts. Routine accuracy checks are performed to ensure transactions are recorded completely and consistently throughout the month. Clients may submit up to two or three bookkeeping related questions for clarification or understanding of their records.
Clients will receive a monthly Profit & Loss statement reflecting reconciled and completed work for the period. A Balance sheet may be provided upon request or on a quarterly basis, depending on business needs.
Pricing listed is a starting monthly rate. Final pricing is determined based on transaction volume, account complexity, and the overall scope of work. Businesses with higher activity or additional needs may require customized rate. In some cases, services may be billed hourly upon request or if a monthly package is not the best fit. Foundations is limited to bookkeeping services only. It does not include tax preparation, tax advice, payroll, financial strategy, or communication with a CPA. Cleanup, catch-up work, or special projects outside the normal monthly scope are not included and will be quoted separately.
